We had three athletes compete. Here's Ken's report.

Rosie Marshall ran well in her under 20 ladies 800m and smashed the club indoor 800m record by 6 seconds. Her time of 2:30.83 took second place after she led comfortably for the first 3 laps but the winner increased her stride over the last couple of laps and Rosie was unable to hang on for the win.

Jasmine Allen was the early starter in the under 15 girls 200m. These are run in heats but there are no finals so the positions are determined on time run. Jasmine had the outside lane draw and did not see another athlete until her nearest competitor challenged on the fourth bend. She fought hard and pulled away as she crossed to the line to win in a time of 27.69s which gave her an overall 9th place.

Jasmine also competed in the 60m and ran a respectable 8.64s after a poor start coming through well later in the race.

Max Butler, a new club member competed in the under 20 men's 800m and managed a time of 2:03.04 again finishing second in his heat but 5th overall.
