Looking to strengthen your upper body? Here is a routine to help.

Here is a list of 12 upper body exercises. Do each one for 30 seconds with a 10 seconds rest between each. After you have done all 12 have a 1 minute rest and do them all again. Do 3 full sets in total:

1) Shoulder Taps
2) Press-Ups
3) Mountain Climbers OR Heel Taps
4) Frontal Hold (with cans, dumbbells or kettlebell)
5) Plank
6) Side Plank (right)
7) Side Plank (left)
8) Running Arms (with cans or dumbbells)
9) Lateral Raise (with cans or dumbbells)
10) Hand Walks
11) Plank Pass (with can)
12) Tricep Dips
