Here's race organiser's Dave Knighton's top line report from the 6th and final Harrier League of the season.
Attached are the results from tonight's Harrier League which was on by Michel Balls (currently unattached) improving by a minute and half from January followed by Carl Francis (Bushfield) 21 seconds behind and 26 seconds later was Charlotte Edwards (Bushfield).
Fastest male on the night was Ben Heron (Eye) finishing in 16:26 a performance that has enabled him to win the fastest of the series and fastest female on the night was Jordan Foster (unattached) with 20:03, however Maggie Skinners's (Stamford) run of 18:59 in March earned the fastest of the series. 50 year old Dave Neal (NVH) ran 17:38 tonight which earned him the Aged Graded prize with 82.38% which was 2.35% ahead of Barbara Johnson (Yaxley) with her February performance.
To the important issue of overall which was won by Mick Davies (Eye) with 263 points 5 ahead of Alison Shepperson (Bushfield) and Charlie Brookes (PACTRAC) a further 23 points behind. In total 83 athletes competed in at least 1 race during the series.
