Our athletes performed really well at the Indoor Champs at Sheffield this weekend, as Ashley Sandal took gold in the U17 men 400m with both a pb and a club record. Here are the highlights.
- Another club record went in the semis of the u/20 60m sprint by Kane Wright 7.10, which got him into the final where he finished 5th.
- U/20 Womens Triple Jump. Emily Maltby Triple 7th 10m.60, 60m heat 8.15, semi 8.22
- U/20 Men 60m. Kane Wright 60m heat 7.15, semi 7.10 club record, final 7.13 5th. Matt Hudson 60m heat 7.62.
- U/20 Men 400m. Ollie Dilloway heat 53.05pb, semi 53.60
- U17 Men 400m. Ashley Sandal heat 50.55, final 49.56 1st. Club record & Northern Champion.
- Senior Men Long Jump. David Bush long jump 5m.73
- Senior Men Shot putt 10m.90, pb
