NVH Summer Athletics Week 22-26th August, Spalding (ages 7-15)

We will be holding An Introduction to Athletics Week at Spalding High School starting Monday 22nd August. Led by qualified coaches, details are as follows:
- When: Monday 22nd - Friday 26th August, 1pm - 5pm each day
- Venue: Spalding High School (SHS) Fitness and Leisure Centre, Matmore Gate, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2PJ
- Age: 7-15 year olds
- Description: An introduction to athletics. Includes running, jumping and throwing events as well as team games, making new friends and having fun. Led by qualified athletics coaches.
- Cost: £5/day.
- Dress: Sports clothing to suit the weather, a drinks bottle and if hot sun cream and a hat are recommended.
